Our subsection had a get-together awhile ago to celebrate Sherwin and Paschy's passing the August 2007 Physician Board Exams. Today, I think I have been infected by influenza A or B virus. Just this morning, I had an abrupt onset of fever, headache, myalgias and malaise although my appetite is still good. Today, I became an uncle. My mom is now a grandmother. Coby Albert Aguinaldo III is born. Jane was supposed to have her EDC sometime in the second week of September, however, her obstetrician decided to deliver her baby via cesarean section today. The indication probably is fetal distress because it can't be a cephalopelvic disproportion (Coby's birthweight is just 5.3 lbs).

Today, I participated in my first group exercise. Body Combat raises the fitness levels with this knockout workout incorporating moves and stances from a range of disciplines, including Karate, Muay Thai, Tai-Chi, Kickboxing and Tae Kwon Do.
