Back to Reality At Last!

I've been away from reality, actually civilization, for a week. We left for Mindoro Occidental last Sunday morning, we arrived at the Batangas pier in the afternoon, boarded the Ro-ro ship and arrived at Abra de Ilog, Mindoro Occidental at 5PM and a 3-hour busride to Sablayan Town. Half of the contingent stayed at the St. Mary's Hospital while the other half stayed at Emily Hotel. The medical and surgical mission started Monday and ended yesterday afternoon. And then we went to Pandan Island for the rest and recreation. The beach was nice, white sand and all, nice sea creatures too. Oliver got stung by a sea urchin. At night, we saw lots of planktons which glow in the dark after some agitation. We left Mindoro 11PM yesterday, we arrived at the pier at 2:30AM, the ship left at 3AM, we arrived at Batangas at 7AM and we arrived at Manila 11AM.
