Etoricoxib RTD

Last night, the rehabilitation medicine residents together with some consultants attended a symposium regarding a new COX-2 selective NSAIDs at the Chateau 1771. Lotlot and I went there also. It started with a sumptuous dinner (and a very nice dessert!). Then the lecture started by giving the pharmacology of the COX-2 selective NSAIDs. Then the advantages of etoricoxib over the other COX-2 selective drugs and over the other non-selective NSAIDs by the studies made by MSD. It was fun. The food was great, especially when it's free. It feels good to be part of a symposium for doctors already even if you're just a medical clerk, a soon-to-be doctor.
