Work-out

I was supposed to go to the gym this morning to work out my back and biceps. However, I did not wake up early enough to have a 2-hour workout. My work starts at 12nn, I need at least 1 1/2 hours before I leave the house, I eat and prepare for 30 minutes, my work-out is usually 2 hours. So, in short, I need to get up at 8AM. What happened was I woke up at 9:30AM. So basically, nothing happened. At least, I was not late for work.
