Happy BlogDay!

BlogDay was initiated with the belief that bloggers should have one day which will be dedicated to know other bloggers, from other countries or areas of interests. In that day Bloggers will recommend about them to their Blog visitors.

What will happen in BlogDay
In one long moment In August 31st, bloggers from all over the world will post a recommendation of 5 new Blogs, Preferably, Blogs different from their own culture, point of view and attitude. On this day, blog surfers will find themselves leaping and discovering new, unknown Blogs, celebrating the discovery of new people and new bloggers.

His name is Peter, and he runs J-List, a little company that brings thousands of fun things from Japan to people around the world. He has lived in Japan since October 1991 and have loved nearly every minute of it.

South Africa
Schizophrenic Liaisons: Live with It

A blog for family members of persons suffering from schizophrenia. The blog focuses on the viewpoint of a wife whose spouse suffers from the disease. Areas of interest include dealing with relapses, doctors, hospitals, medication, and support systems or lack thereof.

Australia

Random ramblings and fleeting thoughts of an English expatriate, born in Ilford in 1941. He migrated to Australia in 1965, and spent most of his working life in commercial organisations.

Italy
With a Rebel Yael

English expat in Italy, new mother and frustrated drummer, photographer, writer and chef.

USA
Mern Ponke

He has been Assistant Professor in the English Department at California State University, Northridge since 1999. He received his MA at the University of St Andrews in Scotland and his PhD from the University of Cambridge in England. His research focuses on medieval language and literature from the Anglo-Saxon period to the fourteenth century.

Good choice of blogs, the Australian blog led me to see the similarity in the social situations and the English Professor evoked the understanding of our diverse life experience - thanks.
