To Suffer from Influenza

Today, I think I have been infected by influenza A or B virus. Just this morning, I had an abrupt onset of fever, headache, myalgias and malaise although my appetite is still good. Luckily, I don't have cough, sore throat and nasal discharge which are usually present. So, I advised myself bedrest and hydration with q.4hr paracetamol.
