Pediatrics
| Before that, I have a good news. I got a perfect score in our 4th shifting exam in Medical Nutrition. Woohoo! Now back to the topic, tomorrow will be the last of our shifting exams. And it will be in Pediatrics. The fourth shifting for Pedia covers both Infectious Diseases and Neurology. Usually the shifting exams in this subject is case-based so we need to read the thick Nelson book in Pediatrics. The first thing to do is to know the features of each disease to come up with the diagnosis and after that, everything follows. The topic is relatively long so I'd better start now. I'm just having a break because we just finished our quiz in Legal Medicine. Our professor just asked 5 questions. The first question was all about rape, then differentiate official and non-official autopsy, the third question was differentiate the gun shot wound point of entry and exit, the fourth question was: should a lie detector test result be admissible in court. And finally, discuss everything about adultery. Oh well, I think I did fine in that quiz. By the way, I should get a high grade in that shifting exam to compensate for the low quizzes I got in this shift but I got high grades in the small group discussion. I don't have anything interesting to say that's why I just write about medicine. So don't complain, ok? =) |
