Medicine Toxicity

The outgoing clerks started the endorsements yesterday. We were so busy I wasn't able to check even my email. Today, good thing we're not on duty because we were given an hour break so here I am at the LRU writing my blog. Our team is Team 5, with a corresponding color of pink for the charts. So, it's very easy to remember "Pink 5" (Bioman?). I have a patient who is at the ICU. Her case is about pulmonary hypertension. Good thing, she is being weaned from the mechanical ventilator because her vital signs are already good. Sooner or later she'll be out of the ICU and be transferred at the ward. One problem though, I still don't know how to make a progress note and I have up to 5PM to do that.
