Fitness First Challenge

Fitness First Southmall will be having a benchpress-rowing contest. This will be a team-up of a trainer with his client. For males, the goal is to have as many repetitions as you can using 50% of your body weight utilizing the olympic bar while it is 25% for the females. For the rowing competition, all you need to do is to cover the farthest distance in ten minutes. The winner will be determined with the accumulated repetitions in benchpress added to the meters during rowing.

The sad thing about this is that I won't be able to join. Lee asked me this morning for my number because JC, a personal trainer, wanted me to be his teammate. This will be on Friday 6PM and I'd still be here in the office by that time. Too bad!
