Psychiatry Rotation

We are already at the Psychiatry rotation and it's really much different from Neurology. Of course, we deal mainly with psychiatric problems and to be able to diagnose a patient, you must at least interview them for at least 2 days (well, that's the deadline for the case protocol at least). I have a 22 year old patient presenting with visual and auditory hallucinations, previously diagnosed with minor depressive disorder now as far as I'm concerned a case of Schizophrenia. I still have to finish the anamnesis, which is the recounting of basically the whole life of the patient, how he was then, now, the trauma he encountered and all those stuff.
