Surg Make up

I went here at UST yesterday to pay Ian for the Uniloader. While on my way to the Medicine Building, I saw Kuya Tatad and told him about my make-up in Surgery. He saw Dr. Ocampo and told him about it. To make the long story short, Dr. Ocampo cleared me of my make-up pending the article that I was going to research which is about "CT Sonogram". However, it's the first time I've heard of it. I've heard of both separately- CT Scan and Ultrasound, but combined? Hell no! I already asked a radiology resident if he has heard of it. His answer was negative. I've tried searching the internet and used so many keywords, like - "CT Sonogram", "CT Sonography", "Computed Tomography Sonogram" etc. to no avail. What am I gonna do?
