PRC Bulok!
| I went to PRC this morning to apply for the Physician's licensure examination. Thinking my papers were complete, we went there after meeting at UST. Lo and behold, while the clerk was processing my papers, she told me that she can't accept my birth certificate because they now require the computerized ones. I was infuriated and just applied at the nearest NSO office. Damn! Tags: |
