Some of the thoughts of a new licensed physician, actually stream-of-consciousness while surfing the internet. Here's one of my pastime, updating my website, aside from working out.
Yep, these are my daily dose of protein and carbohydrates. The one in the plastic container is one scoop of Whey protein, which constitutes 23g multiplied by 4 to get a whopping 92 kilocalories. The peanuts has 3 g of protein and 4 g of fat. The nips-like chocolate, I don't know... most probably simple sugars. I'm kinda pigging up myself because I want to be bulkier.
