Failed Transfer to Wordpress

I have been contemplating to transfer my four-year old Blogger blog to Wordpress. I have even imported my Blogger entries to Wordpress. Although, WP's service is also free like that of Blogger's, the template is not fully customizable. You need to pay $15 just to modify your CSS. What is that? The good thing about WP is that it is php-based, widget-ready and it has lots of templates. Anyways, I'm sticking with Blogger for the moment.
