Finally, I've corrected the archiving of my blog. It took me a lot of trial-and-error for my part. Just like in medicine, trial-and-error. I don't know if you would agree would me. But that's how it is. Anyways, I'm having problems with our big group discussion of an actual case. I've been assigned at the differential diagnosis. My problem starts with the history and PE we got. The subjective and the objective findings were not really coinciding with the assessment. We'll be presenting the case to our facilitator tomorrow that's why our group leader is obliging us to give the content of our report by tomorrow. On Wednesday, we'll present the case to our Medicine I facilitator who happens to be an expert on Nephrology (that's his specialization). So by Thursday, I hope we'll finally present this with ease.
