Back to Reality

After that Bicol experience, I again am back to reality, meaning OB duties. I just had my 24 hour duty yesterday and I admitted a 16 year old primigravid who had early rupture of membrane 4 hours prior to admission. She had hypogastric pains 3 hours which led to her confinement in our institution. She gave birth at around 10:30AM which left me with no breakfast and no lunch. Poor me!
