Every Saturdays at FortMed

Because the regular male physician at FortMed during Saturdays went on leave, I was asked by the medical director to be the regular Saturday male physician at the clinic. This meant giving up my free clinic with Terramedic which was inconsistent with the past few weeks. I gladly accepted the offer although this meant more work with equal pay. At least it is assured now. After my clinic, I headed to Fitness First Westgate Alabang and worked out my legs. Some kind member taught me new exercises for the legs. Cool!
