Jeepney Fare Rollback

It's been more than a week since I noticed that the jeepney drivers are charging their passengers with a minimum of P7. I was able to notice that once in a while but I just thought that the drivers are out of 25 centavos. However, I came to realize that it's P7 really so I asked the driver and told me that they started the rollback last Monday.
