NSD

Yup, NSD or Normal Spontaneous Delivery. I had one patient yesterday, a G2P1 (1001)admitted because of hypogastric pains 8 hours prior to admission. And so she took her only 3 hours from admission to really "expel" that baby from her uterus. Now, she's collecting her 24-hour urine for protein determination because she was noted to have hypertension during admission and we had to administer hydralazine.
