Last Fabella Duty

Yesterday was our last duty and I still need 3 primigravids, and 1 CS assist. I got more than I need, I had 5 primis and 2 CS assists and so I'm so damn tired. It was fulfilling in a sense, however, I was saddened by the fact that the babies I delivered were not so good. One was preterm and so he was intubated right away because of respiratory distress. Another one was thickly meconium stained and so, the APGAR score was low. To add to the burden, I still had to do the clinical history of my CS patients and to accomplish the progress notes of my resident, Dr. Atienza. For tomorrow, we'll be having our exam in OB, more dealing on Hypertensive diseases of pregnancy and normal conduct of labor.
