Still on Fabella

My second duty in Fabella was somewhat surprising. I had 3 consecutive patients. I was repairing my episiotomy wound with my first patient and here comes another patient fully dilated. I told her not to bear down because I didn't have any instruments for her yet. Suddenly, I can already see the patients head out of her perineum and so I had no choice but to deliver the baby. No asepsis and antisepsis done. My initial reaction then was to get mad at the mother. My groupmates were shocked with my reaction. I myself was amazed. Soon after, I apologized to the mother for my inappropriate reaction.
