Last Rotation!
| I'm having my last rotation for my clerkship at San Lazaro Hospital for Infectious Diseases. You'll be assigned to a certain pavilion everyday wherein you'll do the usual clerkship job. Pavilion 1 is for vector borne diseases, pavilion 2 is for diarrheal diseases, pavilion 3 for CNS infection, pavilion 4 for hepatobiliary infections, pavilion 5/6 for typhoid fever, pavilion 8 for eruptive diseases and pavilion 10 for pulmonary tuberculosis. We only get to have 2 night duties and usually male clerks are assigned at pavilion 10 - the PTB ward. Gossips spread that 1 female clerk got raped at that pavilion. You'll have a lot of IV insertion and push, and to top it all you'll do your CPR all by yourself (because your co-clerk is also attending another mayday).
At least, it will be all finished in a few days. |
